1. Information We Collect

Nexus AI, Inc. ("Nexus", "we", "us", or "our") collects information you provide directly to us when you create an account, configure agents, submit tasks, or communicate with our team. This includes account information (name, email, organization), billing information (processed securely by our payment processor), and agent configuration data (codebase indexing metadata, task descriptions, tool usage logs).

We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform: log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), usage data (features used, task patterns, agent performance metrics), and device information (operating system, device type).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Nexus platform; process transactions and send related communications; monitor platform performance and reliability; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about product updates, security notices, and support requests.

We do not train our models on your codebase, agent outputs, or task data. Your source code and proprietary information remain yours. Aggregate, anonymized platform metrics may be used for research and product improvement.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who process data on our behalf (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, customer support) under strict data processing agreements; law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law; and other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Agent session logs are retained for 12 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@nexus.run.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2 compliance. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nexus.run.
